• Force Majeure: We will not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters or acts of government.

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products available on www.venussexpress.ae. By placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Order and Acceptance

Once you place an order on the Site, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge your account for the amount of the order. We may cancel orders if:

• There is an issue with the availability of the products.

Delivery of Your Order

Returns

Venus Express does not take title to returned products until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. Please refer to our return policy for full details.
